Rated by Golf Digest as the Best New Course in 1994, Ridgewood Lake Golf Club, a Ted McAnlis layout, is a truly diverse test of Florida golf. After a recent remodel the course now features new Champions Turf greens, new bunkers, leveled tee boxes and lush landscaping to provide a tropical feel for a true Florida golf course experience. Both nines at Ridgewood Lakes feature strategically placed hazards and fairways framed by sparkling white sand bunkers. Par-4 and par-5 holes have generous landing areas visible form the tee.

Water and wetlands come into play on 16 holes. Fortunately for the novice golfer, the fairways are wide and forgiving. With a fun layout and quality conditions, an enjoyable golfing experience awaits with strategic shotmaking on approach shots into the greens.

Like most Florida golf courses, Ridgewood Lakes plays over 7,000 yards from the championship tees.

Fast, Smooth Greens
Overall rating
The greens were on par with some of the "better courses" in Orlando. A challenging layout in good condition. Good course at a budget friendly price. We'll be back.

Great Greens
Overall rating
The greens were flawless. Very impressed. A little rough around the edges, but tees, fairways and greens were very nice. Good value compared to other courses in the area.

Best Greens in Orlando

A nice course a short drive from Orlando. Greens were in great shape. Bunkers needed some help, but the rest of the course was great, especially for the price.

Great value for money course with greens in good condition. Played a few days ago and found the course in great shape. An interesting course that feels its in the middle of nowhere considering that villas abound near the course.Very frienly people and you cant beat the price to play. Liked the Par 3's and some other beautiful holes, would recommend to play.

Greens were Great
Overall rating
We played a few of the higher priced courses, but were very impressed by the greens at Ridgewood Lakes. For the money, we'll make sure Ridgewood is in our rotation next year. The staff was friendly and the course kept us on our toes. It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the 30 minute drive from Orlando.
